A big part of loving ourselves (and others) is taking care of our mental health. As believers, we’re called to serve, but no one can pour from an empty cup! October is National Depression and Mental Health Screening Month, a perfect time to evaluate what areas need a little help and attention. God wants to be invited into every part of our lives, including the struggles, so let’s give them to Him and welcome the healing and health He brings.
